How to Activate
Your payment went through. Three short steps and the licence is bound to this machine — after activation the app never needs the internet again.

1. Download and install
If you have not installed it yet, grab the Windows x64 installer and run it. All AI models are bundled, so there is nothing else to download afterwards.

2. Find your order reference
Our payment provider emailed you a receipt right after payment. That email contains the reference you need. It looks different depending on which checkout you used — both work the same way, just copy whatever the receipt shows:
- Creem order key — 5 groups of 5 characters, e.g. ABCDE-12345-67890-ABCDE-12345
- Waffo order number — starts with ORD_, e.g. ORD_42MAPa31ImTsnIRyEbYpIu
- Full licence key — if you were emailed a long 32-group key instead, paste that directly; it is already the final licence.
Dashes do not matter — the app strips them. Copy and paste rather than typing by hand.
3. Paste it into the Activate box
Open XIANGYU, find the Activate box, and paste the reference. The app sends one request to the licence server, which verifies the purchase and returns a licence key signed specifically for this machine.
That single request is the only time the app talks to the licence server. From then on it verifies its own key locally, offline, with no telemetry and no phone-home checks — the same guarantee as the rest of the app.
If something goes wrong
The most common messages, and what they actually mean:
- “找不到这枚订单码，请确认复制完整” / order key not found — the reference did not match any purchase. Check you copied the whole thing, with no extra spaces.
- “该订单码已绑定另一台机器” / bound to another machine — this licence was already activated on a different PC. One licence covers one machine; email us and we will sort it out.
- No internet on first activation — the first activation needs one network request. Every launch after that works offline.
- Receipt email did not arrive — check spam/junk first. Still nothing? Email us with the email address you paid with and we will find the order manually.
One licence, one machine
The licence is signed for the machine it is first activated on. Reinstalling Windows, changing your GPU or adding drives does not usually break it, but moving to a different PC needs the licence reissued — email us and it takes one reply.
